This stunning home was entirely renovated.

Thank you Mike and Coordinated Kitchens!

To whom it may concern!

We are please to have the opportunity to tell you about our kitchen renovation project with Coordinated Kitchens, We contracted Mike Williams of Coordinated Kitchens, North Vancouver BC, to consult on our renovation project in spring 2011. Mike did an outstanding job in the initial consultation and it was because of his excellent advise and professionalism that we decided to contract Coordinated Kitchen for our project. Mike helped us translating our design ideas into the best possible options for our new kitchen and provided us with a detailed and very accurate time and cost estimate in full alignment with our budget. The project plan was very detailed and made it easy for us to understand what is involved and what to expect throughout the end to end renovation project. We decided to contract the required construction work ourselves, however, Mike still provided us with excellent references and also assisted us is scheduling all contractors. The project progressed exactly how it was planned, everything started and was completed on time. We experienced an absolutely smooth process and it was a delight to see that in this day and age professionalism and customer service still exist, everything was completed on time and within budget.

All in all we can only say great things about Mike and his crew, he definitely made the difference in the initial selection process, and our first impression of him was confirmed throughout the completion of the project. Despite the fact that kitchen renovations are intrusive and impose certain inconveniences on any household, Mike set the right expectations and made it easy for us to plan it and to live through it!! We appreciated the flexibility of Coordinated Kitchens where our wishes and time lines were concerned and we highly recommend them and especially Mike Williams to anyone who is planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation!

The kitchen looks fantastic and we are happy to be able to look back and remember a flawless renovation project experience! Thank you Mike!

With warm regards

Letter and slide show

Dear Mike
When we signed the agreement for Coordinated to do our kitchen reno we had already been told that the company performs its work on time and on budget, so when that happened, although we were happy it came as no surprise. But other things did come as surprises, very pleasant ones --
All the workers arrived promptly, worked competently, and took care to minimize the dust and disarray in our apartment. They arrived knowing what they were to do and were all very polite and pleasant.
The materials installed, from floor tiles to wall plugs, from cabinets and drawers to the innovative ceiling lighting were of excellent quality and were installed with great care.
Paula, who was more helpful that anyone we had worked with before, seemed to have a wonderful feel for what would look best in our kitchen. Her recommendations turned out always to be the right ones.
As you can tell from this we are very pleased with the way our reno went, and much of the credit belongs to you. We were enormously impressed with your ability and willingness to take such an active role in making sure the job was done right. You constantly consulted with us and not only kept the workers well informed, you also made sure we always knew who was coming, when they’d arrive and what they were to do. If it was someone we hadn't met before you even arrived with them to introduce them. You made sure every question of ours was answered and when any problem arose you immediately came up with an acceptable solution.
I could go on with details but perhaps it’s enough to say that we’re very grateful to you for keeping the chaos in our lives to the barest minimum, for finishing the job down to the last detail and for giving us a new kitchen that has gotten compliments from all our friends and neighbours.
Sincerely,
Peter and Debra

Thanks Morgan

Hi Michael & Paula, I just wanted to let you know how much I am currently enjoying my ‘new’ kitchen & bathrooms.

In particular, I want to thank & congratulate Morgan, for an excellent job of coordinating the trades persons, clean-up & taking care of all ‘hiccups’ is an efficient & professional manner. Morgan made it all just appear (new improvements) & disappear (problems), ever so majestically (at least from my view!). I really appreciated having her onboard and on my side.

I will definitely recommend Coordinated Kitchens & Bath to my friends.
Thank you
Bernadette

Excellent Experience with Coordinated Kitchens and Bath

I had an excellent experience with Coordinated Kitchens and Bath. They helped transform my 1970’s, everything original down to the foil wallpaper bathroom, into the perfect space that really represents me and my husband’s tastes. It fits completely into the style of the rest of the house thanks to the time the colour designer and the lead coordinator spent helping us pick the perfect cupboards, counter, tiles, accessories and even paint colour. All the workmen were pleasant and professional and if I ever found a small problem (never encountered one of any significance) they were there the next day righting it. I highly recommend their services.

You definitely have my support. The small reno you accomplished for us was wonderful - and painless.

Your team and your constant diligence in being involved left no questions in the renovation.

I am confident in recommending you and your team.

Once again, we are pleased with the results.

Since we are looking in further renovations, you will be the first we call.

Personal Regards.

Client recommendation

Mike Williams of Coordinated Kitchen and Bath is an outstanding project manager. Mike together with Paula Phillips (colour consultant and design coordinator), and their team of professional trades people created a dream kitchen and bathroom that my husband and I are proud to show off to friends and family. Mike never hesitated to respond to any of my calls/emails providing me with professional advice, as well as having a knack for alleviating any concerns that I may have had regarding cost overruns. We highly recommend Coordinated Kitchen and Bath for any job no matter how big or small and strongly believe that they are a company that can be trusted to do what is right for their customers.

Coordinate Kitchens & Bath

I had insisted that the kitchen and two bathrooms was done by Coordinate Kitchens & Bath. Their service was professional, timely and stress free. Mike Williams as a project manager was exceptional. I live in a condo in Yaletown and every stage of the project was executed with no problems to me. The test is three years later my kitchen and bathrooms still look as if they were just done and i still love them.
It was a pleasure to work with a company and staff who delivered what I expected and paid for.

Customer Testimonial

Home renovations are a daunting task. That’s why so many homeowners put them off until things get so bad the choice becomes renovate or move. Unfortunately the only thing more daunting than renovating is moving. This is the quandary my wife and I recently found ourselves in. We had talked about renovating off and on for several years. To anyone who would listen. I guess we thought just talking about it would get the ball rolling, but we found out this particular ball doesn’t go anywhere unless you move it yourself.

What talking about renovating can do is to provide helpful hints from those who’ve been there. In our case it was our former neighbours who provided the helpful hint that got the ball rolling. After a long chat about the perils of renovating they provided us with a name of a general contractor, that came highly recommended and which they had used themselves on a number of occasions. My wife jotted down the name of the contractor on a post-it note thanking them profusely as she tucked it away in her handbag only to be forgotten – for another three years. My wife’s handbag did not survive the three years – she changed bags at least twice during that time – but somehow the post-it note did. Right up until the day we decided to finally kick the renovations ball into motion. And we are very glad that it did, because the information on that post-it note led us to Mike Williams (project manager) and Paula Phillips (colour consultant and decorator), of Coordinated Kitchen and Bath in North Vancouver.

Mike and Paula helped us conceive, design, and construct the home of our dreams. Right from the beginning they made it clear to us that we were the boss of this particular project and that they were there to help make it happen. The first thing we told them was that we were on a budget. Contractors never tire of hearing that one. We also told them we did not want our lives upended for months on end. Apparently they’ve heard that one before too. Oh and one other thing, would they please not make too much of a mess? They didn’t even crack a sardonic smile. That’s when we knew we’d found our perfect match for the job ahead. Now I’m not going to sit here and tell you that Coordinated Kitchen and Bath magically transformed our home without any muss or fuss whatsoever. In the world of renovations you can’t build something without first tearing something down.

What I will say is that whenever it seemed as though the job simply could not be done the way we wanted it – on time and at the price we were willing to pay – Mike and Co proceeded to steer us through the rough spots with friendly helpful advice, a broad, beautiful selection of materials to work with and an outstanding team of dedicated trades-people, who besides being good at what they do, are such a personable lot we didn’t mind sharing our home with them for the time it took to make it beautiful.
