Dear Michaels,
On budget and on time should say it all. However, there are several additional things that require recognition on the kitchen renovation project that your firm has just completed at our home.
First of all we are grateful that given the scope of the undertaking, that is, going right down to the drywall and installing a new sub-floor, you were able to anticipate what would be required. That way we were subjected to no surprises.
Then there was the excellent quality of the work performed by your subcontractors. They clearly were respectful of the joy that we anticipated feeling in the completed job and took pride in their contribution to a fine finished product.
And last, but certainly not least, was the way that Michael Barber provided coordination for the whole project and reassured and de-stressed us when we doubted the outcome. His assurances and calm helped us to live reasonably comfortably through the disruption that this kind of undertaking necessarily generates.
