At long last, I want to put in writing my appreciation and congratulations for the superb work you have completed for us.

We have been so satisfied by the quality and the design of the kitchen, and we both agree that the cost was at all times reasonable and clearly itemized.

We were particularly impressed by the men involved in the work. Joe and Henry were marvellous company and did excellent work. You have obviously developed a longstanding rapport with this group of tradesmen and their cooperation and efficiency helped to get the job completed so quickly.

I have recommended you to several friends and will continue to do so.
