Dear Paula and Michael,

Sorry we've taken so long to get this letter to you but we wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Bird # 1Thank you so much for all the work you have put into helping customize our new house for colours, materials, tiles, and paint. We are so glad we did this at the beginning as it helped us so much in making all our choices during the building so much easier.

We love the colours of the different rooms as they blend together so well. So many people that have visited our house say the colours help make it feel so homey. We also love all the tile work and their colours. The tile on the backsplash of the kitchen cupboards is so elegant yet so refined. The floor tiles are perfect, for colour. Also they are very practical so easy to clean and yet they don't have to be cleaned very often as they do not show the dirt, nor seem to attract the dirt. This is great since we have so much floor tile. The master bathroom tile is perfect for it also. I wouldn't want that tile through the house yet it's perfect for the bathroom. Our main tile, which is in the main bathroom is perfect for that room also.

We also thoroughly enjoy the colour of our arborite in all the rooms but especially in the kitchen. Then in the kitchen having the ruby corian edge just topped it off. Needless to say we are very happy with all your work.

We also love the choice of maple for our kitchen cabinets as you suggested. This cabinet choice and the design of the cupboards complimented everything.

Thank you Michael for the kitchen and bathroom designs. Not only do we love our maple kitchen cabinets but we love the design also. We are always getting compliments on the uniqueness of our cupboards. The cupboards are so practical too. The island and the coffee counter worked out perfect, as they both are very unique. We also love the designs of our bathroom cupboards, they are very practical and yet so much space for storing everything. Your suggestions helped make all our choices for the plumbing fixtures too 80 much easier.

Bird #2 We are having an open house on Sunday May 16th between 2:00 and 5:00 P.M. in appreciation for everyone who helped make our home such a blessing. We would love for you to attend. We could even recommend a good bed and breakfast if you decided to stay overnight.

Also please invite Mary Lee and her husband as we appreciate all the input she also put into our home.

If you are able to attend please call us by May 12/99.

Thank you again,

Don and Ruth Knox

Attention: Michael Phillips

Dear Michael:

Our apologies for not writing you sooner with regard to the completion of the installation of our new kitchen cabinets. We would like you to know that we are thoroughly pleased with our new kitchen and how well the new arrangement has worked out.
We appreciate all the time and effort you spent with us in the design and co-ordination of this project. Yours and Paula’s recommendations and colour suggestions were well heeded. As well, we were very pleased with the professional work done by Michael of Pelikan Plumbing, Ray, the electrician, and Larry Donohue, the cabinet installer.

We have now completed the finishing touches of flooring, tiling, wallpapering, and installation of new doors between the kitchen and dining areas. You had been talking to Gerry a while back about the possibility of taking some photographs for future presentations. We would be happy to have you do this. Please give us a call and we can arrange a convenient time.

Looking forward to meeting with you again,

Sincerely,

Jane Weiler

We have been so satisfied by the quality and the design of the kitchen, and we both agree that the cost was at all times reasonable and clearly itemized.
