You may recall that we recently engaged the services of your company in the remodeling of our kitchen and that this project was overseen by Michael Williams of your office. I am writing to express our deep satisfaction, not only with the final product, but also with the professionalism of your team.
In a world in which service is often overlooked and viewed as less than important, we were extremely impressed by the attention taken to detail and the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction. Mike is clearly in the right job. It is refreshing to work with someone who enjoys what he does and who, by extension, does it so well.
