Dear Mr. Phillips,
You may recall that we recently engaged the services of your company in the remodeling of our kitchen and that this project was overseen by Michael Williams of your office. I am writing to express our deep satisfaction, not only with the final product, but also with the professionalism of your team.
In a world in which service is often overlooked and viewed as less than important, we were extremely impressed by the attention taken to detail and the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction. Mike is clearly in the right job. It is refreshing to work with someone who enjoys what he does and who, by extension, does it so well. Tom was also not only friendly and accommodating, but very professional in his approach, as were all members of your staff I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone, and in fact have already done so. I can only hope I have thrown a little business your
way!
Many thanks for a job well done.
Yours truly,
Liesel Gilson

Dear Paula and Michael,

Since the completion of your renovation of our apartment in The Olympic we appreciate more than words can convey all of your most professional efforts. Paula, your talents with colour brought everything together and we have received many, many compliments.

The innovative design of the dining area ceiling light fixture is especially attractive as is the use of soffit lighting. Your treatment of the stairwell certainly enhances the area.
Your crew is the very best and all are so friendly and willing they deserve special thanks.
Thank you for all you have accomplished for us.

Most sincerely,

Shirley Foreman

Michael:
This email is actually overdue as it's been a few months since the last bathroom reno has been completed.
We just wanted you to know how very pleased we are with everything your Company has provided, from the design consultation through to the follow-up on the finished projects. At every step, we were dealt with unfailing politeness, professionalism and caring for our needs from everyone we dealt with.
This was especially true of the "trades" you engaged. Amazingly, each one of them seemed more friendly than the
last and were very attentive to our needs. In fact, I think our two little dogs miss seeing some of the guys which is
quite a testament in itself!
The quality of the work and of the recommended materials was first rate and continues to delight us every day. It's
the old story .....you get what you pay for and we are very pleased with the "value" we received.
We would be remiss in not singling-out Mike Williams for special recognition and thanks. We trust you appreciate what a "gem" you have in this young man, Michael. He demonstrates the rare ability to exhibit genuine caring for the customer while all the time, representing the best interests of your Company to the highest standards. We can quite honestly say that Mike W. made the professional difference that set our dealings with your Company far above
others with whom we have dealt. Thank-you Mike W!
In closing, too bad we don't have another bathroom or kitchen with which to continue the relationship! In any case ...many thanks, and please feel free to use this letter as a reference and recommendation in any way you see fit.

Dear Michael and Paula:
We are writing to express our satisfaction with the recent bathroom renovation you did to our home. We were very impressed by every aspect of your work. Your initial quote was accurate; your trades people turned up on time, worked hard and well, and most importantly finished the job on time. Paula's design skills are obvious in the finished product -all the details such as paint and tile combinations have turned our bathroom into a soothing oasis.

Our thanks should also go to Liz and Mike at your store for helping us solve any little problems that arose.
We have no hesitation in recommending your work. We must save our last thanks for you Michael, for doing such a good job at coordinating the whole project.
Kind regards,

Lisa and Alec Mitchell

Dear Michael:
Thank you for a job well done!! We don't normally write letters of this kind when contractors have finished their job, because when one hires a contractor to perform a job he expects the job to be well done. But in your case we wish to thank you not only for a job well done but also for the manner in which it was done. Your way of presenting ideas and suggestions made us feel like they were our ideas so that at no time did we feel that we were being coerced into something we didn't want. When we wanted something that was difficult to do or that you were not necessarily in agreement with, you saw that it was done to our satisfaction!

We were also extremely pleased with the tradesmen you supplied to do the work. They were all talented, efficient, punctual and friendly, keeping the disruption such a job entails to a minimum. Your timing of the work to meet our traveling needs was also much appreciated.

Now, we are enjoying our new kitchen immensely, revelling in the ease of finding things and reaching them, and listening to the accolades of visitors to our new kitchen!!

We would not hesitate to recommend you and your associates to new prospective clients.
Once again thanks for a job well done! !!
Sincerely:

Jack and Lois Hardy
