Dear Mike,
Thank you for a job very well done.
I was worried about finding the right people to do the work in my Vancouver condo because I live not only out of town, but also out of the country. You assured me at our first meeting that Coordinated Kitchen & Bath had a lot of experience working with absentee owners, and that communication (via phone, e-mail and meetings when possible) would not be a problem. You were true to your word.
Everything from the initial contact to the detailed quotation to the planning meetings to finishing up the last details, was done with courtesy and professionalism, and I was consulted and kept informed every step of the way. As a result, the process was not nearly as stressful as I anticipated it would be. The job was delivered on time and on budget. Thank you!
Everything designed specifically for my small kitchen and very small bathroom is very functional and looks fantastic!
I am very happy with the results of the renovations, and I would not hesitate to recommend you and your company to anyone. In fact, I already have given your name to two people -hope something comes of it.
Sincerely,
Mary

Dear Mike
I would like to thank you for the professional manner in which you handled the renovation of my kitchen. As with my bathroom renovation, the project came in on budget. Once again I appreciated your knowledge and handling of the issues and your project management skills that enabled the process to proceed so smoothly. You were always available for questions and kept me informed every step of the way.
Please extend my thanks to all the tradesmen who worked on the project and also to Paula who did an outstanding job with the color scheme.
I am delighted with the kitchen and have received many good comments from friends. I will certainly be recommending your services to anyone considering a kitchen or bath renovation on the North Shore.
Sincerely

Dear Mike,
This letter is to express my sincere thanks for all you did during my recent kitchen renovation. As you know, I was totally inexperienced with the process and had some budget challenges, yet you patiently worked with me and offered solutions to any issues that came along. You were always available if I had questions or needed advice and completely involved during the final assembly stages. Your design, guidance and experience were exceptional and the final result is the proof.
I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend you and Coordinated Kitchens & Bath to anyone and would be pleased to be contacted as a reference.
I look forward to working with you again when I go ahead with the upgrading of my bathrooms.

Dear Mike
Mary and I would like to thank you for a job well done.
We appreciated your help and advice leading up to the contract stage and your professional supervision in completing the actual construction stage.
The project was completed in a quick and orderly fashion and completed on time and on budget. It is a rare renovation that is completed without any extras.
In particular, we appreciated the sub-trades that worked on the job. They all appeared skilled and were very personable during their time in our home.
We would not hesitate to recommend Coordinated or your selection of sub-trades to our friends.
Thank you again - keep up the good work:

Dear Michael and Paula,
Please find enclosed a cheque for the final amount owing for the work you have done at our home.
We were very satisfied with all the work done, from the planning stages, choice of colours and materials with Paula, through to completion. The various people who worked on our house were all extremely helpful, skilled, pleasant and punctual, and did a terrific job. We appreciated how smoothly everything went, and the efforts made to make it as easy as possible for us to continue to live easily in the house, by putting in temporary counter tops, for example.
We are delighted with the results. In the same way as we came to you through the recommendation of a friend, we would not hesitate to recommend you highly to anyone else who was considering a renovation project in their home. It was an easy, pleasant experience dealing with Coordinated Kitchen and Bath -thank you!

Dear Michael,
The very last detail is to send you this note to express both our thanks and congratulations for a total kitchen renovation well done this past summer.
Your expertise in the planning and selection stages was invaluable. And you gently prodded but never imposed nor became impatient!
The 4 week project was accomplished only through your careful coordination (now we know the importance of this work in your company name) and the excellent team of specialists you have had working for you, for some years. Each personality and skill was greatly appreciated.
Your attention to detail and frequent visits were also much appreciated. And you surpassed expectations in attending to every little outstanding item! I think of you every time I go into my enlarged broom/ironing board closet! !
We enjoy using the new kitchen -and showing it off to friends and neighbours. Many many thanks

Dear Mr. Phillips,
You may recall that we recently engaged the services of your company in the remodeling of our kitchen and that this project was overseen by Michael Williams of your office. I am writing to express our deep satisfaction, not only with the final product, but also with the professionalism of your team.
In a world in which service is often overlooked and viewed as less than important, we were extremely impressed by the attention taken to detail and the emphasis placed on customer satisfaction. Mike is clearly in the right job. It is refreshing to work with someone who enjoys what he does and who, by extension, does it so well. Tom was also not only friendly and accommodating, but very professional in his approach, as were all members of your staff I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone, and in fact have already done so. I can only hope I have thrown a little business your
way!
Many thanks for a job well done.

Since the completion of your renovation of our apartment in The Olympic we appreciate more than words can convey all of your most professional efforts. Paula, your talents with colour brought everything together and we have received many, many compliments.
The innovative design of the dining area ceiling light fixture is especially attractive as is the use of soffit lighting. Your treatment of the stairwell certainly enhances the area.
Your crew is the very best and all are so friendly and willing they deserve special thanks.
Thank you for all you have accomplished for us.

This email is actually overdue as it's been a few months since the last bathroom reno has been completed.
We just wanted you to know how very pleased we are with everything your Company has provided, from the design consultation through to the follow-up on the finished projects. At every step, we were dealt with unfailing politeness, professionalism and caring for our needs from everyone we dealt with.
This was especially true of the "trades" you engaged. Amazingly, each one of them seemed more friendly than the
last and were very attentive to our needs. In fact, I think our two little dogs miss seeing some of the guys which is
quite a testament in itself!
The quality of the work and of the recommended materials was first rate and continues to delight us every day. It's
the old story .....you get what you pay for and we are very pleased with the "value" we received.
We would be remiss in not singling-out Mike Williams for special recognition and thanks. We trust you appreciate what a "gem" you have in this young man, Michael. He demonstrates the rare ability to exhibit genuine caring for the customer while all the time, representing the best interests of your Company to the highest standards. We can quite honestly say that Mike W. made the professional difference that set our dealings with your Company far above
others with whom we have dealt. Thank-you Mike W!
In closing, too bad we don't have another bathroom or kitchen with which to continue the relationship! In any case ...many thanks, and please feel free to use this letter as a reference and recommendation in any way you see fit.

Your initial quote was accurate; your trades people turned up on time, worked hard and well, and most importantly finished the job on time. Our thanks should also go to Liz and Mike at your store for helping us solve any little problems that arose.

Thank you for a job well done!! We don't normally write letters of this kind when contractors have finished their job, because when one hires a contractor to perform a job he expects the job to be well done. But in your case we wish to thank you not only for a job well done but also for the manner in which it was done. Your way of presenting ideas and suggestions made us feel like they were our ideas so that at no time did we feel that we were being coerced into something we didn't want. When we wanted something that was difficult to do or that you were not necessarily in agreement with, you saw that it was done to our satisfaction!
We were also extremely pleased with the tradesmen you supplied to do the work. They were all talented, efficient, punctual and friendly, keeping the disruption such a job entails to a minimum. Your timing of the work to meet our traveling needs was also much appreciated.
Now, we are enjoying our new kitchen immensely, revelling in the ease of finding things and reaching them, and listening to the accolades of visitors to our new kitchen!!
We would not hesitate to recommend you and your associates to new prospective clients.
Once again thanks for a job well done! !!

Dear Mr. Phillips,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the work you did in designing and building our new en suite for the master bedroom. Of the many people we asked to do this job, you were the only one who came up with the right solution. The bathroom is a wonderful addition to our house and a lovely space to use.
It was an added benefit to feel so comfortable with you to have most of the work done while we were away on vacation. Your carpenters, plumbers, and other craftsmen were always polite, tidy, quiet and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the manner in which Siegfried Penner conducted the construction of the bathroom and how all the finishing was done. The finishing was done so well that it is difficult to tell where new meets up with existing materials. The choice of trim moulding, panelling, etc was done in such a way that the new bathroom looked very much a part of the house.
Michael, your advice in selecting fixtures, sink, and overall design was great. The bathroom suits the age of the house and adds a wonderful new depth to our bedroom. We are pleased.
I would be willing to recommend you to anyone looking for a new bathroom or to upgrade to their existing space. You may use this letter as a letter of reference and may also give our name and phone number to prospective clients.

Dear Michaels,
On budget and on time should say it all. However, there are several additional things that require recognition on the kitchen renovation project that your firm has just completed at our home.
First of all we are grateful that given the scope of the undertaking, that is, going right down to the drywall and installing a new sub-floor, you were able to anticipate what would be required. That way we were subjected to no surprises.
Then there was the excellent quality of the work performed by your subcontractors. They clearly were respectful of the joy that we anticipated feeling in the completed job and took pride in their contribution to a fine finished product.
And last, but certainly not least, was the way that Michael Barber provided coordination for the whole project and reassured and de-stressed us when we doubted the outcome. His assurances and calm helped us to live reasonably comfortably through the disruption that this kind of undertaking necessarily generates.
Our thanks to all those who contributed to this very satisfactory outcome. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone requiring this kind of work

Dear Paula and Michael,
Sorry we've taken so long to get this letter to you but we wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Bird # 1Thank you so much for all the work you have put into helping customize our new house for colours, materials, tiles, and paint. We are so glad we did this at the beginning as it helped us so much in making all our choices during the building so much easier.
We love the colours of the different rooms as they blend together so well. So many people that have visited our house say the colours help make it feel so homey. We also love all the tile work and their colours. The tile on the backsplash of the kitchen cupboards is so elegant yet so refined. The floor tiles are perfect, for colour. Also they are very practical so easy to clean and yet they don't have to be cleaned very often as they do not show the dirt, nor seem to attract the dirt. This is great since we have so much floor tile. The master bathroom tile is perfect for it also. I wouldn't want that tile through the house yet it's perfect for the bathroom. Our main tile, which is in the main bathroom is perfect for that room also.
We also thoroughly enjoy the colour of our arborite in all the rooms but especially in the kitchen. Then in the kitchen having the ruby corian edge just topped it off. Needless to say we are very happy with all your work.
We also love the choice of maple for our kitchen cabinets as you suggested. This cabinet choice and the design of the cupboards complimented everything.
Thank you Michael for the kitchen and bathroom designs. Not only do we love our maple kitchen cabinets but we love the design also. We are always getting compliments on the uniqueness of our cupboards. The cupboards are so practical too. The island and the coffee counter worked out perfect, as they both are very unique. We also love the designs of our bathroom cupboards, they are very practical and yet so much space for storing everything. Your suggestions helped make all our choices for the plumbing fixtures too 80 much easier.
Bird #2 We are having an open house on Sunday May 16th between 2:00 and 5:00 P.M. in appreciation for everyone who helped make our home such a blessing. We would love for you to attend. We could even recommend a good bed and breakfast if you decided to stay overnight.
Also please invite Mary Lee and her husband as we appreciate all the input she also put into our home.
If you are able to attend please call us by May 12/99.
Thank you again,

Thank you again,
Don and Ruth Knox

Dear Michael,
Just a quick note to express our thanks for the job you did on the renovation of our bathroom. Having never been through the renovation process we were a little hesitant, but you walked us through from start to finish. We especially liked the way you operated within our budget, suggesting which accessories were of more importance for the overall job.
Your work team was courteous and efficient and Paula certainly put the whole package together picking the styles and colours that fit with our tastes.
Our renovation project was a success and we are certainly happy with the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to our friends.
Thanks again,
Paul & Tracey Gallant

Dear Michael,
I would like to thank you for the beautiful renovation job you did for us.
As I told you, we waited a long time to have our bathroom renovated, because we have heard so many horror stories. Finally we took the plunge and we are very happy with the results.
With our limited budget and limited space you were able to create a space that is very user friendly and effective and yet the bathroom now appears larger. You also worked within our budget, allowing us to cut where it was minor but always opting for quality where it counted most.
We appreciate the fact that the job came in on budget and on time. We were very pleased with the worker. He accommodated our needs, cleaned up beautifully every day and took his work to heart. He truly did an excellent job, and always went the extra mile. Just doing it was not good enough, doing it well was always his motto.
We thank you again for a job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who needs a bathroom or kitchen renovation.
Regards,
Nazreen Suher

Dear Michael,
We wanted to thank you for the work you and your trades did for us in your recent remodeling of our kitchen. We very much appreciated your design inputs and the many improvements, suggestions, and alternates put forward for us to consider. The layout and execution was all we could have expected and maybe more.
Your trades came to work everyday and each did their portion of the work with quality and timeliness. We found your trades trustworthy and had no concerns in leaving for a 3 week vacation during the process of your gutting and rebuilding the kitchen.
The final result produced, as you said would happen, a bit of a different lifestyle around the kitchen. Thanks for you efforts and please feel free to offer our name and telephone number as a positive reference to your work.
Yours very truly,
